Our Turkcell SAP Project Has Begun

We are deploying SAP solutions for Turkcell retail operations and dealer management.

During the project, which began with the kick-off meeting attended by a high number of participants from four different locations, we will deploy the SAP Retail Industry Solution IS-Retail and Omni-Channel Commerce Solution Hybris. The project will result in an integrated retail automation system, and the existing structure will be replaced by a structure which allows management of digital and physical channels in an integrated manner and offers the same excellent experience. Convergence among channels with end-to-end product supply and sales management will be one of the key outputs of the project.

The project which will be executed with a group of more than 100 consultants and experts in total, including Turkcell teams, is expected to be successfully completed within 9 months.
