A Hayat Holding Company, As Tüketim’s SAP ERP Project Was Successfully Taken Live

One of the major companies in Turkey and the world in the field fast moving consumer goods, Hayat Holding’s e-commerce company As Tüketim’s SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Project was successfully taken live in six months under the consultation of Renova Consulting.

Within the scope of the project, the end-to-end management of financial and logistics processes were realized via the SAP ERP solution and integration with marketplaces was established with the use of the SAP Process Integration product. This way, As Tüketim was able to gain competitive advantage via the ability to sell products to its end consumers directly from supplier stocks. Additionally, with the intercompany processes realized within the project, manufacturing companies and sales companies were connected and a fully integrated digital solution was formed.
